About Us - Mark A. Alexander, P.C.

What Do I Do?

As a commercial litigator, I give added value to my clients by providing superior counsel and responsive client service. The constant drive to distinguish myself from other attorneys by achieving excellent, pragmatic, timely, and cost-effective results for my clients is my primary objective.

Whether a client is a start-up business, an established concern, or an individual, my commitment does not waiver. All client’s interests are paramount to myself and my support staff.

My practice includes corporate/commercial litigation representation of clients in both federal and state courts. My practice focuses on the following areas: business contracts, employment, trade secrets, fiduciary duties, injunctive relief, business torts, oil and gas fraud, premises liability, negligence, commercial real estate, and entertainment and licensing matters.

Additionally I offer guidance to chief executives/boards of directors regarding the numerous types and operations of business entities. This includes, among other tasks, drafting complex asset purchase and sale agreements, service agreements, employment agreements, construction contracts, shareholder and partnership agreements, and escrow agreements.

 Assisting Others

Providing guidance to other entities is a “win-win situation.”  To that end I have helped individuals and businesses by giving numerous lectures.
